At Truly Organik, we are committed to providing the highest quality organic Moringa products. However, if you receive a defective product, we will provide a replacement in accordance with the terms outlined below. Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Replacement Policy for Defective Products

We offer a replacement for defective products only. Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for products based on customer change of mind, incorrect orders, or dissatisfaction with the product.

A product is considered defective if:

• It has been damaged during transit.

• It has a manufacturing defect, such as broken seals, torn packaging, or any other issue directly affecting the quality of the product.

What We Do Not Cover:

• Customer dissatisfaction based on taste, texture, or appearance.

• Issues arising from improper storage or handling of the product after delivery.

• Products opened or used by the customer.

2. How to Request a Replacement

If you receive a defective product, please follow these steps to request a replacement:

Contact Us within 7 Days:
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. After 7 days, we will not be able to process your request.

Provide Required Information:
Send us an email at support@trulyorganik.com with the following details:

– Order Number

– Product Name

– Clear photographs showing the defect or damage

– A description of the issue

Review of Request:
Our customer service team will review your request and, if the issue qualifies as a defect, we will approve a replacement.

Return of Defective Product:
Once your request for replacement is approved, we may ask you to return the defective product at your own expense (if applicable). We will guide you through the return process.

Replacement Process:
After we receive the defective product (if required), we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you. In some cases, we may issue a replacement without requiring you to return the defective item, based on the situation.

3. Non-Defective Products

We do not accept returns for non-defective products. If the product you ordered is not defective, or if you simply change your mind, we are unable to offer a return, refund, or exchange.

4. Shipping and Handling Fees

• Return Shipping Fees: The cost of returning a defective product (if required) is borne by the customer.

• Shipping Fees for Replacement: We will cover the shipping cost of sending a replacement product.

5. Exceptions

• Promotional and Sale Products: Products purchased during promotional or sale events may be eligible for replacement only if they are defective. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these products unless defective.

• Missing or Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect product and dispatch the correct one at no additional cost.

6. Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately for dispatch. We do not accept cancellations after the order has been confirmed and dispatched.

7. Refunds

As mentioned, we do not offer refunds, except in the case of a cancellation by Truly Organik or issues beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide you with a full refund to the original payment method used for the order.
