1. General Shipping Terms

1.1. MK ORGANICS (“we”, “our”, “us”), under the brand name Truly Organik, offers pan-India shipping of its products via reputable third-party logistics and courier partners. All shipping services are subject to the availability of the delivery location and the operational reach of our shipping partners.

1.2. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms stated herein and acknowledge that this document forms a binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) and MK ORGANICS.

2. Order Processing

2.1. All orders placed on business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays) are processed within 24 to 48 business hours of successful payment receipt.

2.2. Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2.3. Any delay in processing due to unforeseen circumstances (such as product unavailability, logistics restrictions, or force majeure events) will be communicated via email or phone.

3. Shipping Timeline

3.1. Estimated delivery time post-dispatch is between 3 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

3.2. Orders destined for remote, restricted, or non-serviceable areas may experience extended delivery timelines, subject to courier availability.

4. Shipping Charges

4.1. We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

4.2. A nominal shipping fee of ₹49 may apply for orders below ₹499.

4.3. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is available across most pin codes and may incur an additional charge of ₹50 per order.

4.4. All shipping charges, including COD fees (if applicable), will be displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

5. Delivery Partners and Tracking

5.1. We partner with leading logistics providers such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, and India Post for reliable delivery.

5.2. Once an order is dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking link and/or tracking number via SMS and/or email.

5.3. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment and ensure availability at the delivery address.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

6.1. In case of failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or any other reason attributable to the customer, our delivery partner will attempt redelivery up to a maximum of two (2) times.

6.2. If the package is returned to us after failed attempts, re-shipping charges may apply. Refunds, if any, will be subject to deduction of original shipping and return shipping charges.

7. Tampering, Loss, or Damage

7.1. If the product appears tampered with or the package is damaged upon delivery, the customer is advised to refuse acceptance and notify us immediately at support@trulyorganik.com.

7.2. In case of loss or non-receipt of the order, the customer must report the issue within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

7.3. We shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from incorrect or incomplete address submissions by the customer.

8. International Shipping

8.1. At this time, we do not support international shipping. All orders must be delivered within the territory of India.

9. Jurisdiction and Disputes

9.1. All shipping-related disputes are subject to the laws of India and will fall under the jurisdiction of courts situated in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
